Amuse: Crispy leek & cone cabbage fritter with tahini and pickled serranos

1st Course: Dungeness crab & citrus salad with daikon radish, red lentil hummus, fried spices, and buckwheat crepe

Vegetarian: Citrus, daikon radish salad with grilled rutabaga, red lentil hummus, fried spices, and buckwheat crepe

2nd Course: Grilled Carmen Ranch bavette steak with black truffle butter, duck fat fried potatoes, roasted shallots and treviso

Vegetarian: Leek and potato gratin with roasted black trumpet mushrooms, black truffle butter, coddled egg and roasted treviso
