Alex and Leah, (pictured above) are the team behind Café Lolo.
You may have seen their booth or eaten their wares
at numerous Seattle farmer’s markets where they prepare hot pasta dishes
using all local ingredients including Washington grains that they mill themselves.
They both have rich and varied backgrounds in the restaurant and food scene.
Alex used to be the man behind the pasta at Spinasse restaurant in Capitol Hill and Leah is a pastry diva and used to run the kitchen at Coyle’s Bakeshop in Greenwood.
And they’re not just the couple behind Café Lolo, they’re also part of the team at Three Sacks Full!
Three Sacks Full owners, Michael & Matthew will be taking a much needed vacation after their first year in business at the end of this month.

and provide some interesting wines and non-alcoholic drinks to complete the experience.
